How can I provide feedback or report an issue with My ServiceOttawa?

At any point when you are on a My ServiceOttawa page, you can submit feedback
Go to the bottom right side of the page and select Report a problem with the site.
This will open a separate window.
Enter your comments or description of the problem and fill in the other relevant fields
Select the 'Submit' button.
