How do I remove a property tax account from My ServiceOttawa?

  1. Log in to My ServiceOttawa.
  2. Select View tax accounts.
  3. Select Unregister beside the account to be removed. Select Yes, unregister this account.
  4. Select Confirm to remove the property tax account from My ServiceOttawa. You will then see confirmation that the account has been unregistered along with a link to Register another property tax account.

Note: You will no longer have online access to this account's information. This action will not cancel any pre-authorized debit plan (PAD) that you may be registered for. To cancel PAD, select View instead of Unregister from the steps above and go to Pre-authorized debit and select Cancel PAD.
