Please call the Revenue branch (613-580-2444 option 1) to request to have your water account unregistered from your My Service Ottawa account. Alternatively, you may submit your request following the steps in the How do I report a problem with the site in My ServiceOttawa?(link is external) section.
Note: This action will not cancel any pre-authorized debit plan (PAD) that you may be registered for. To cancel PAD, follow the steps in the How do I remove a Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) from a water and sewer bill account?(link is external) section.
If you are moving, please contact the Revenue branch (613-580-2444, option 1) to schedule a final meter reading for your water and sewer account. To schedule a final meter reading you will be asked for the closing date and a forwarding address. Once a final meter reading is taken, a final bill will be issued.
