How do I view and print a water and sewer bill?

  1. Log in to My ServiceOttawa.
  2. Select View water account.
  3. Select Billing.
  4. Under Billing, select which account you are looking to review the bills for if you have multiple water accounts registered with the same customer number.
  5. Find the bill you wish to view or print. You may need to adjust the filter using the calendar option to the right of the account/address selected if the bill was issued outside of the dates displayed.
  6. Select View for HTML viewing and PDF to download. The PDF will open in a new window.
  7. To print, select Print from the PDF screen.
