How do I register a water and sewer bill to My ServiceOttawa account?

  1. Log in to My ServiceOttawa.
  2. Click on “Register your water utility account” under the Water Utility Bill section on the Dashboard.
  3. Enter your most recent billed amount in the Amount Due field.
  4. Enter your customer and account numbers in their respective fields.
  5. Choose whether or not you wish to receive paperless bills by clicking in the designated box.
  6. Click on register.
