Why is my water and sewer customer-account number not working?

Be sure that you are entering the correct customer-account number located in the top right corner of your most recent water and sewer bill. Enter the 7-digit customer number (first half before the dash) in the Customer Number field and the 8-digit account number (second half after the dash) in the Account Number field.
