How to Request History and check the status of a request for tax or water certificates (requests are available for 6 months)

Log in to My ServiceOttawa
Under Business Services, Tax and water certificates, select Register or sign-in.
Select the Request history tab.
The list of tax or water certificate requests will show the status of each request.
From the list of requests, select View to see the details of the tax or water certificate, which can be printed or saved.
