How to request a Law Firm ID and access code

Send an email to taxcertificate@ottawa.ca(link is external) with the following information:

1. Law firm name
2. Mailing address
3. Primary contact person and telephone number
4. Alternate contact person and telephone number
5. Fax number
6. Firm email address
