How do I access and track my Service Requests?

  1. Make sure you have logged into your My ServiceOttawa account.
  2. On the Home Page, from the navigation menu, select 'Services' and select 'Service requests' from the drop-down menu.
  3. Your list of service requests will be displayed in the right-hand pane, sorted by number.

If you have no open or closed Service Requests, a message will appear saying so.

You will be able to see the Service Request Number, Status, Type, and Creation Date. Please note that there will only be a Status of Open or Closed.

Please note that new Service Requests cannot be opened from the Service request page, but you will be able to open a Service Request from the Home Page, under the ServiceOttawa widget.

You can only see service requests that were created with the same email address you have provided to your My ServiceOttawa Account.
